When I first started watching this movie, I remember saying, “Wait, he’s in it too?” at least 10 times. The cast is so star-studded, it’s like Hollywood threw a party and forgot to invite us!

Brace yourselves: Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper (love of my life), Scarlett Johansson, Ben Affleck, Ginnifer Goodwin… Oh, wait, I’m not done yet! We also have Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, and Jennifer Connelly. Right?! The cast is just mind-blowing. I mean, what?

Plot

Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up for a rollercoaster of drama! As a certified nosy person, I was loving every minute of it (not in that way… okay, maybe a little). The main focus here? Relationships. We’ve got hookups, breakups, makeups — you name it, this movie’s got it all. The struggles of these couples are on full display, and trust me, it’s infuriating at times.

Enter Gigi, our sweet, hopeless romantic who’s waiting for her prince charming. Honestly, this world doesn’t deserve you, Gigi. She meets Alex, a bar owner who decides to drop some “wisdom” on her about the so-called ‘rules’ of how men function. Seriously, my heart breaks for Gigi. Watching her navigate these “rules” is like watching a kitten try to understand quantum physics. But hey, it’s all part of the drama-filled fun!

My wisdom regarding this movie

I love love. When there’s love, I’m always there, front and center with popcorn. After watching this movie, I had an epiphany: we humans are just plain stupid. Seriously, why do we complicate everything? But hey, that’s life. Nothing works without a little drama.

When I heard the so-called rules of relationships, I was furious because — get this — he was damn right! Ugh, it’s like discovering the universe really does revolve around your ex’s Instagram. I absolutely loved this movie, and don’t even get me started on the cast again. Super fun, super dramatic, and super relatable.
